Please join FIBA on Monday, November 28th at 5:30pm at Nightbird Books for a short meeting to organize our Holiday Bingo Card. We will also discuss new members for our Board of Directors and ask for volunteers to organize yearly events. Our current board is running out of steam and we need new energy.
The Bingo Event will run from December 15th- 24th. To appear as a square on the card, we need a donation of some form for prizes. Examples would be an item from your business or several small gift certificates. We prefer lots of winners of moderate prizes over one large prize. Information from last year’s event is on our website. If your business isn’t really able to provide a prize (i.e. architecture firm), join us any way to discuss how you can be included.
If you want to participate, but cannot attend the meeting, please contact us before November 28th.
Please use your email lists, facebook pages, etc to encourage attendance at the meeting. New members can join that evening and participate in the event.
